A group of 12-year-old girls in Marseille, today. How do they see the adult world when their lives are filled with the shops at the commercial mall, where they picture themselves as top models, their solemn communion, the television programs that invade their dreams, and parents who are somewhat out of their depths? The film interweaves these little stories of childhood’s end, when their world opens out.
